Football Practices
- Practices will begin on Monday, August 6, 2012
- Practices will be four to five days per week from
August 6 until school starts
- Practices will be three days per week after school
starts
- Times and locations to be determined

Cheer Practices
- July 1st Cheer season begins. ... coaches may hold
"non mandatory" practices
- August 8th - MANDATORY cheer practice begins
- Practices will be 4 days per week in local parks
until school starts
- Practices will be two/three days per week at
Westmont Yard after school starts
- Times to be determined by coach
